Shipping Policy


All international orders on are shipped using FedEx International Priority, which includes tracking information and signature on delivery confirmation. Typically, FedEx delivers within 3-5 business days after shipping. You will be emailed a FedEx tracking number upon shipment of your order. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation. International orders above US$300 include complimentary shipping.

UAE orders include complimentary shipping and orders are usually delivered in 1 business day. For orders within the UAE, an in-store pickup option is also available and can be selected during the check out process. In-store pickup is only available at Mikura boutiques in the UAE. All shipments require a signature on delivery. We recommend you check your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.


We aim to process orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Product availability, payment issues and special requests can occasionally cause orders to be delayed. You will be notified via email of any such delays.

Orders are processed Saturday to Thursday (10am to 4pm, GMT+4).


All orders placed on are fully insured for theft, damage or loss during transit to you. If you notice damage or loss of any items in your order, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at

Areas of Delivery

Currently we cannot ship orders to countries that prohibit the import of finished jewelry or cultured pearl jewelry. These include Bahrain, India, Russia and Azerbaijan. We also cannot accept orders from the following countries: Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Nigeria, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

Delivery Problems

If the delivery of your order is delayed, please contact us via email. Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, please contact us.
