Payment Methods Accepted

We have 2 payment options on the Mikura Online Store. You can pay directly with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB or Diners Club debit or credit card. To do so, please select 2Checkout during the checkout process. Our payment processor 2Checkout is a global leader in online payments. All payment information is kept secure using HTTPS and SSL technology. Mikura Online Store never stores any of your credit card or payment information on our servers and this information is directly captured by 2Checkout. Using this option, you also have the option to pay in the currency of your choice. The default option is US Dollars, but you can also pay in the Australian Dollar, British Pound, Euro, Hong Kong Dollar, United Arab Emirates Dirham among others. These options are available at the end of the checkout process where you are asked for your credit card details.

Please note if you choose to pay via 2Checkout, you will receive an email from 2Checkout as well as the Mikura Online Store providing a summary of your transaction. Transactions using 2Checkout can also sometimes be delayed due to fraud checks which may take up to 3 working days. This is completely out of our control and done by 2Checkout itself. In certain instances, 2Checkout might request for additional documentation to approve transactions.

The second option we provide is to pay via PayPal. PayPal Inc., is a global leader in online payment processing and uses industry standard encryption and technology to protect against fraud and safeguard your credit card information. You will require a PayPal account to use this option or can alternatively create one. 

We also offer cash on delivery as a payment method for deliveries within the UAE. If you would like to use this option, please email us before placing your order.

We will also need to collect a valid billing address that is linked to the credit card you have used to for payment as well as a shipping address if you would like to ship to a different address.

Packaging & Gift Wrapping

All Mikura orders are packed in signature Mikura boxes. You can also request complimentary gift wrapping and add a gift message. The message will be printed on a gift card and included with the order.

To have your order gift wrapped, please add the relevant notes during the checkout process or alternatively email us at customer@mikura.com after placing your order.

Taxes & Customs Duties

We do not collect any sales taxes on purchases made on mikura.com. However, you are liable to pay any and all local customs duties and taxes in your country of residence. Local customs duties and taxes are not collected by Mikura or payable by us.
