Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MIKURA purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return within 14 days or exchange within 30 days of purchase.   

Please note that to be accepted for return, jewelry must be unworn, in original condition, free of damage and have the MIKURA tag still attached. Jewelry that has been customized or altered any way cannot be returned. This includes rings that have been resized. MIKURA reserves the final right to determine jewelry that can be returned.

If you would like to return or exchange jewelry ordered from mikura.com, please email us at  customer@mikura.com and a customer service representative will contact you immediately. 

Please note that jewelry purchased from mikura.com cannot be returned to any of our retail stores. 

If you are requesting a refund of your purchase, Mikura will request the credit card company to issue a refund to your card for the full amount of your purchase, less any original shipping or handling charges. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing of refunds.

Jewelry sent back to us for refund or exchange must be sent via an insured shipping method. Mikura will be not be responsible for the loss or damage of return shipments. 

Store Purchases

Any jewelry purchased at a Mikura boutique or authorized retail partner should be returned or exchanged to that store. If you are unable to do so, please contact us at  customer@mikura.com.
