Repairs

All Mikura items include a 1 year limited warranty against any manufacturing defects. If you believe your Mikura item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at  customer@mikura.com or bring your jewelry to a Mikura boutique for assistance. 

To repair damaged Mikura jewelry, you can bring it to a Mikura boutique for assistance or send it in to us. Please contact us via email if you would like to send in damaged jewelry for repair.

Complimentary restringing is offered on all purchases within one year of purchase, nominal charges apply after. If you would like to have your Mikura necklace or bracelets restrung, please take them into a Mikura boutique or email us.

We strongly suggest you only allow a qualified and trusted jeweler to repair your Mikura jewelry if you choose to do so. Any repairs or alternations done by an external party on your Mikura jewelry will void your warranty and Mikura cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss as a result.
